RED SPRUCE INDUSTRIAL PARK

Aglow Power is excited to announce the formation of Red Spruce Holdings, Inc., our own vertically integrated real-estate company with focus on industrial space and energy-generation assets. Red Spruce Industrial Park is a multi-facility investment strategy that will begin breaking ground in 24Q4 and is being developed and leveraged by Aglow's leadership through an assets consolidation move between all three co-owners; Van Cunha, Ed Cunha, and Jay Cunha. This strategy will allow Red Spruce Holding to leverage assets and liquidity to a projected sum of $33.2M, pending final residential portfolio exit currently being negotiated. Red Spruce has not released final investment strategy, but it is expected to purchase and pre-permit five to six land parcels between Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut to immediately design/build microgrids in underserved regions while paving the way for future development. Microgrids and infrastructure development is the first phase of developing a sustainable industrial park, and will immediately provide cash-intensive revenue to fund next phases.

Seen here is the flagship building, smaller contractor bays, EV stations, and general traffic flow. Additional telecommunications installations and storage capabilities will complement the 300,000SF of phase one.

152-acres has already been approved by the Town of Casco and Civil Engineering will begin delineating phase one infrastructure requirements, building types, positions, and permitting affidavits.
